Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on aviation maintenance or avionics repair experience.
• Two+ years of team-lead or supervisory experience in a regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of FAA Part 145 requirements and disciplined data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of repair technicians with daily priorities and safety.
• Plan and balance workload to meet customer commitments and turnaround goals.
• Ensure FAA requirements, Repair Station Manual, and data compliance are followed.
