Job summary

Qualifications

• Four or more years of hands-on aviation maintenance or avionics repair experience.
• Two or more years in a team-lead or supervisory role in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with FAA Part 145 requirements and handling of approved technical data, traceability, and records.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of repair technicians, setting daily priorities and ensuring safe, compliant work.
• Plan workload to meet customer commitments, quality requirements and turnaround goals.
• Ensure activities follow FAA requirements, Repair Station Manual, data, procedures, and customer needs.
• Verify technicians have training, tools, data, parts, and support to complete tasks.
• Review shop performance using metrics like safety, quality, throughput, and on-time delivery.
