Job summary
Blue Origin is seeking an Engineering Operations Lead for the MK-1 Lunar Lander Avionics Team. You will manage software and hardware integration from requirements to flight deployment, acting as Scrum Master and coordinating with IPTs to ensure on-time delivery of avionics products.
The role emphasizes agile project management, risk tracking, and key performance indicators across technical, cost, and schedule domains.
Qualifications
- Degree in aerospace/engineering or related field; experience in firmware and embedded software that interfaces with hardware.
- Strong technical program management experience across firmware, software and hardware projects.
- Experience with Agile or Scaled Agile methods and industry tools.
Responsibilities
- Maintain program cadence and report KPIs for avionics system development.
- Create boards/tools for project health and conduct weekly reviews.
- Act as Scrum Master for avionics teams and participate in release planning.
- Coordinate with integration facilities to ensure on-time delivery of avionics products.
- Define and track deliverables and manage schedules with IPT teams.
