Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in manufacturing planning, scheduling, or operations management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with ERP and MES systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules, demand forecasts, and capacity analyses.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, finished goods.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure adherence to specifications.
