Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an avionics integration professional to own the coordination between New Glenn and customer payloads. You will lead end-to-end verification, work with multiple engineering teams, and ensure customer requirements are met through design and testing.

The role emphasizes strong communication skills, leadership, and collaboration in a high-stakes spaceflight program. U.S. citizenship or eligible status is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Systems, Aerospace, Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing requirements and validation/verification.
• 1+ year in Integration & Test settings and customer-facing roles.
• Experience presenting to leadership and non-technical groups.
• U.S. citizen or eligible for work in the U.S. per policy.

Responsibilities

• Own avionics configuration and integration between New Glenn and Customer Payloads.
• Lead cradle-to-grave verification and validation of electrical interface requirements.
• Assist in design efforts to meet customer avionics requirements.
• Serve as Responsible Engineer for Integrated Vehicle Testing related to customer avionics configurations.
• Coordinate multiple integration efforts and lead avionics activities from proposal through launch.
• Develop avionics system engineering requirements for customer integration.
