Job summary

FastTek Global in Irvine, CA seeks an MTS Tester to assist in development, testing, release and integration of software and hardware for IFE systems. You will help integrate hardware/software, test LRUs, and verify system functionality while ensuring thorough documentation and test results.

The role emphasizes test plan development, regression testing, and collaboration with engineering teams; requires a BS in a technical field and 0–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years experience in software/system engineering development and/or software/hardware testing.
• IFE and/or Avionics industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, testing, release, and integration efforts of software and hardware activities.
• Integrate hardware and software, test LRUs and system functionality.
• Ensure testing is properly documented and submitted.
• Maintain test rack configurations and perform software and system testing for IFE functionality.
• Participate in design and development of all IFE system functionality.
