Job summary

FastTek Global in Irvine, CA is seeking an MTS Tester 2 to assist in the development, testing, release, and integration activities for software and hardware tied to In-Flight Entertainment systems. You will coordinate hardware/software integration and ensure thorough documentation of tests.

The role emphasizes working on test racks, performing integration tests, and supporting engineering efforts across company projects. A BS in a technical field and 0–3 years of testing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Technical background in development and test.
• Familiar with Unix and Linux OS; basic Linux admin knowledge preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills; able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform integration testing of LRU and system functionality.
• Document and submit all test results and reports.
• Set up and maintain test racks for system installations and IFE testing.
• Participate in design, development, and regression testing of software and hardware.
• Troubleshoot and analyze root causes of hardware/software issues.
