Prattwhitney in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for Avionics Flight Display Systems. The onsite role focuses on deconstructing system requirements for flight displays and aligning hardware, software, and FPGA teams.

You will drive architecture definition, interface control, verification planning, and engineering documentation, with travel up to 10‑15% as needed.

Qualificações

• Typical degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of hardware development experience, OR 5 years of experience developing subsystem components (hardware architecture, hardware–software interface, requirements, integration, and verification).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and decompose system-level requirements into subsystem and hardware requirements for flight display products.
• Support system and subsystem architecture definition, interface control development, and technical trades across Boeing Platforms product lines.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, FPGA, systems integration, safety, and project engineering teams.
