Job summary

Astranis in Northern California is seeking an Electrical Integration Associate (Winter 2027) to join a cross-disciplinary team. You will design, build, and test satellite hardware and software, collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, RF, and Propulsion engineering teams, and learn to use test equipment and instruments to execute plans.

The 12-week, salaried program targets graduates or those who will have earned a bachelor’s degree soon, with onsite five days a week and potential to grow into

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent technical degree).
• Hands-on hardware development, passion for hardware in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test satellite hardware and software as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, RF, and Propulsion teams to develop test plans and procedures.
• Learn to use test equipment (thermal chambers, vibration tables, DAQs, oscilloscopes) to execute plans.
• Coordinate assembly, integration and environmental test efforts.
• Help solve complex electrical, software, and mechanical problems in an integrated system.
