Job summary

Collins Aerospace designs, integrates, and certifies avionics products for commercial and regional markets. This role provides design and engineering support for CNS sustainment, with opportunities to contribute to new product development across power, digital, mechanical, and systems domains.

The position requires a STEM degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong troubleshooting, schematic capture, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
• U.S. Person required due to ITAR/EAR exposure.
• Proficiency in electrical engineering fundamentals and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide design and engineering support for CNS sustainment products and contribute to new product development.
• Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage obsolescence identification and mitigation.
• Troubleshoot hardware down to CCA/Module levels and interfaces.
• Support transition-to-production activities and on‑the‑fly troubleshooting.
