Job summary

RTX seeks an Electrical Engineer II to join the Avionics Network Hardware team within the Displays, Controls, Computing & Networking Directorate. You will design digital hardware circuits and support recertification, focused on high-speed networking for avionics.

This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge avionics networking tech impacting aircraft performance, safety, and reliability, including ARINC interfaces and DO-160 qualification.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Electrical Engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Design digital hardware circuits and PCB layouts.
• Support product recertification (TSO/PMAs) for changes.
• Assist cost reduction and obsolescence management.
• Troubleshoot field/OEM equipment and inquiries.
• Support production to meet on-time delivery.
