Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is seeking an Avionics Electrical Technician II in St. Louis to test and troubleshoot aircraft systems, install components, and ensure quality repairs in a fast-paced aviation environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with related experience or accredited aviation electronics education, plus strong reading of engineering drawings and manuals. A&P license is preferred; travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with four years avionics/electrical experience or two years accredited aviation electronics schooling plus two years related experience.
• A&P license preferred; other FCC/NCATT credentials preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates avionics and aircraft systems testing and troubleshooting expertise.
• Performs installation and functional testing of electrical/avionics components per engineering specs and drawings.
• Ensures quality and efficiency of installations; repairs defective systems as needed.
• Opens, documents, and maintains test results for inspection and compliance.
