• Avigilon knowledge and certification required.
• Mid-level to advanced networking knowledge with certifications.

• Works with network/IT personnel about IP addressing.
• Knowledge in access control and related systems.
• Ability to perform quality service repairs on multiple products.
• Stable work history with reliability.
• Good communication with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to work overtime, weeknights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, services, installs, tests Basic access control and Video/CCTV systems.
• Diagnoses CCTV system problems and identifies faulty components.
• Programs DVRs/NVRs per client needs.
• Ensures services meet Kastle quality standards and deadlines.
• Provides regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Interfaces with customers and contractors to test and verify installations.
• Maintains company vehicles and tools; manages inventories.
• Travels locally to worksites in the DC Metro.
