The Weather Company is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer in Andover, MA. Join a team delivering data-rich aviation applications, using React, Go, MongoDB, and AWS, with REST APIs and .NET/C# legacy components.

The role is hybrid (3 days in the office) and includes an on-call rotation after ramp-up. You will work across frontend and backend, develop high-performance visualizations, and leverage AI coding tools to boost velocity and code quality.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of professional software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full stack features across frontend and backend systems.
• Develop high-performance, data-rich visualizations for aviation professionals.
• Design and extend RESTful APIs using Go and Node.js to serve real-time data.
• Build responsive frontend interfaces in React for aviation operations.
• Manage data with MongoDB and SQL Server for large weather/flight datasets.
