Alliance Ground International seeks a Warehouse Lead to direct Warehouse Agents in a fast-paced aviation ground support operation at Los Angeles. You will coordinate cargo handling, monitor safety, and ensure on-time flight departures.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• US work authorization if located in the United States; ramp and SIDA training may be required.
• Supportive experience in aviation ground handling or similar is a plus.
• Preferred: 1+ year of relevant warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cargo loading/unloading by assigning tasks to Warehouse Agents.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by all team members.
• Verify freight piece count, weight, dimensions and documents.
• Issue warehouse receipts or collect delivery receipts as needed.
• Maintain cargo security and inventory; operate basic cargo handling equipment.
• Keep work area clean and report damaged equipment to supervisors.
• Complete paperwork and enter data into the information system.
