Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. You will manage a team, coordinate cargo handling, and drive continuous improvement across receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high service levels for airlines and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in logistics preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States as defined by law (if located in the US).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching of cargo.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and operational goals.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure proper documentation of cargo movements.
• Monitor and maintain the functionality of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless cargo handling and delivery.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare operational reports and updates for management.
• Promote a positive and productive work environment by recognizing team contributions.
