Job summary

Alliance Ground International in Orlando, FL is seeking a Warehouse Agent to support loading/unloading cargo, verify counts and documents, and operate basic handling equipment. You will maintain inventory, ensure cargo security, and complete required paperwork in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Role requires physical stamina, ability to lift 70 pounds, and willingness to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed. AGI offers comprehensive benefits and training for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate loading and unloading of cargo to and from trucks.
• Check freight for piece count, weight, dimensions, and documents.
• Issue warehouse receipts or collect delivery receipts.
• Ensure cargo has proper release before delivery.
• Operate basic cargo handling equipment (forklift, pallets).
• Break down cargo for imports and store securely in warehouse.
• Build up cargo for exports following supervisor instructions.
• Maintain inventory of freight and supplies.
• Maintain security and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Complete all required paperwork and enter data into the system.
• Follow safety procedures and attend required training.
• Be punctual, prepared, and willing to work flexible hours.
