Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety compliance. You will lead a team, coordinate cargo handling, and drive continuous improvement across shifts.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, experience in inventory control, and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS). This role requires flexibility for varying shifts and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; logistics certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, and dispatching cargo.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff, promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Prepare operational reports and coordinate with other departments to meet deadlines.
