Job summary

Jet Aviation Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a Training Specialist for our Fixed Base Operations (FBO) to develop the capabilities of our new and existing employees. You will work with Base Management to promote Safety and Training protocols, supporting daily operations as needed.

The role requires 2–4 years in Line & Ramp Services, knowledge of NFPA 407 and ATA 103, and a valid driver’s license. Training lasts 4–6 weeks; the initial shift is 11:00pm–7:00am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 2–4 years of Line & Ramp Services experience with NFPA 407, ATA 103 and SIDA regs.
• NATA Line Service training certificate.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong coaching, training and knowledge-sharing ability; effective communicator.
• Excellent verbal and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site safety practices and procedures.
• Lead safety meetings and training with management communication.
• Foster Jet Aviation values and promote safe work practices.
• Develop, modify and deliver training programs.
• Assess training effectiveness and maintain trainee records.
• Support safety investigations and regulatory reporting.
• Promote JetApps platform usage and inspections.
