Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a Supervisor to lead a team of airline professionals, delivering excellent customer experience and maintaining safe, on-time operations. The role emphasizes onboarding and coaching new hires, coordinating interviews, and ensuring training compliance across shifts and departments.

You will oversee deicing and customer service training, maintain training plans, and ensure adherence to SkyWest policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Possess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver’s license.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Have previous airline experience in supervisory or manager capacity.
• Be in good standing with the company.
• In-depth understanding of SkyWest policies and station operations.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and training for new hires.
• Provide timely directions and resources to ensure answers and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate interviews and the hiring process.
• Oversee training with airline partners and related processes.
• Conduct 90-day and 6-month evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security policies and procedures.
• Audit training records and monthly reports.
• Maintain station training plans and communicate deadlines.
