Job summary

SkyWest Airlines, the largest independently owned regional airline, is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead a team of station personnel, ensuring a high-quality, safe, and on-time operation. You will supervise cross-utilized agents and collaborate with other supervisors to maintain standards and a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate is 18+, with a valid license, high school diploma, ability to pass background/drug screening, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong people skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise cross-utilized agents
• Develop, supervise, and oversee all cross-utilized agents
• Provide direction and motivation to station personnel
• Ensure compliance with SkyWest standards and procedures
• Promote teamwork to achieve station goals
• Attend company training classes as needed
• Conduct briefings and meetings with station personnel
• Cross Utilized Agent duties as required
