Job summary

SkyWest Airlines in Saint George, UT is seeking a Supervisor to lead a team of airline professionals and ensure a safe, on-time customer experience. You will oversee cross-utilized agents, coordinate with other supervisors, and promote SkyWest’s standards and procedures.

Must be 18+, able to pass background/drug checks, hold a valid driver’s license, and be legally authorized to work in the United States. The role is full-time with a hourly wage of $14.50 plus overrides and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate strong people and employee-relationship skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Work under pressure.
• Understanding of ticketing, gate, and ramp procedures.
• Lift 50+ pounds consistently, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Possess required knowledge and understanding of SkyWest Airlines’ policies and procedures.
• Familiar with partner dedicated computer systems.
• Promote a safety culture in the station.
• This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• This is a full-time position

Responsibilities

• Work closely with other supervisors to maintain a consistent standard and quality environment for our employees
• Develop, supervise, and oversee all cross-utilized agents
• Provide direction, guidance, and positive motivation for all station personnel
• Ensure compliance with all SkyWest operating standards and procedures
• Constantly promote teamwork to achieve station goals
• Attend company training classes as needed
• Conduct briefings and meetings with station personnel
• Cross Utilized Agent duties as required
