Job summary

CAE seeks a Savannah-based Fleet Planner to manage day-to-day planning and scheduling of client training activities, balancing customer requirements, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

You will coordinate instructor training, allocate resources, and work with Training Managers to ensure accurate course catalogs and scheduling systems. Travel for initial training may be required; a 40-hour work week is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of aviation industry experience in scheduling, planning, logistics, or training coordination.
• Experience coordinating schedules in a regulated environment.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulations, policies, and procedural requirements.
• Willingness to travel out of state for initial training.
• Availability to work a full-time 40-hour schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client training schedules for assigned aircraft platforms.
• Schedule and coordinate instructor training activities, bookings, authorization and qualification tracking.
• Collaborate with Training Managers to ensure training requirements and catalog accuracy.
• Allocate instructors, simulators, and resources to support training delivery.
• Identify scheduling challenges and develop alternative solutions for customer satisfaction.
• Serve as Savannah-based Fleet Planner and cover Client Services as needed.
