Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to oversee all training and scheduling for internal/external customers. You will coordinate regulatory requirements, confirm training objectives, and act as the primary contact for assigned programs, ensuring top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities include managing client accounts and communications, guiding clients through available trainings, and ensuring regulatory compliance with TSA and other authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Aviation Management or three years related experience.
• Strong knowledge of aviation terminology and FAA/NAA prerequisites.
• Experience scheduling training and coordinating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduling oversight for internal/external customers with strong service.
• Coordinate regulatory and operator training requirements and schedules.
• Verify training objectives and regulatory compliance with clients.
• Act as primary contact for assigned programs and customers.
• Maintain client accounts, confirmations, and attendance communications.
• Familiarize customers with FlightSafety products and available trainings.
• Export compliance checks and TSA tracking when needed.
• Review country-specific guidance to ensure regulatory adherence.
