Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to oversee all client training schedules and coordinate regulatory and operator training requirements. You will serve as primary contact for internal and external customers and ensure accuracy and timeliness of scheduling activities across programs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients on training needs, handling TSA tracking as a back-up, performing export compliance checks, and ensuring adherence to FAA/NAA regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Aviation Management preferred or 3 years' related experience.
• Knowledge of aviation industry terminology, FARs, and prerequisites for FlightSafety International courses as specified by FAA/NAA regulations.
• Experience with scheduling software and coordinating schedules with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manages scheduling for customers/clients, sends confirmations, and updates client information.
• Coordinates training schedules with customers and adapts to specific training needs and requirements.
• Verifies training objectives and understands regulatory requirements.
• Acts as backup for TSA tracking for incoming clients.
• Performs export compliance checks as needed.
• Verifies pre-training documents and contacts customers to confirm attendance.
