Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Lab Technician & Test Engineer in Florida to test, repair, and maintain hardware for U.S. Air Force projects.

You will work with electrical and mechanical engineers to troubleshoot custom electronics and ensure mission readiness, documenting faults and supporting improvements with hands-on testing. The role requires soldering SMT components, PCB work, and familiarity with lab diagnostics, while supporting safety standards and experimental equipment in a defense

Competenze

• Troubleshooting experience with hardware testing and repair.
• Solder surface mount components on PCBs and wires.
• Experience with lab diagnostic equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, TDRs).
• Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings.
• Top Secret clearance eligibility.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of lab safety and ESD standards.
