Job summary

You'll troubleshoot with lab tools, document faults, perform surface-mount soldering and cable repairs, and help improve avionics and AMAC systems while maintaining safety and ESD standards.

Qualifications

• Experience soldering surface mount components on PCBs.
• Experience with cable repair and lab diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Test, repair, and maintain hardware used by the U.S. Air Force.
• Troubleshoot faults and repair actions; document logs and assist with improvements.
• Use lab diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, TDRs) and solder surface mount components.
• Ensure compliance with lab safety and ESD standards; support depot-level repairs.
