Job summary

Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Technical Records Administrator to manage maintenance documents by aircraft registration, perform data input into our TRAX system, and ensure accurate archival of aircraft records. You will coordinate with maintenance and engineering to maintain compliant documentation and support audit readiness.

The role requires data-entry experience, knowledge of aircraft systems, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Two year of admin or data entry experience.
• Knowledge of aircraft systems and operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational, mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to professionally communicate with internal and external associates.
• Ability to respond to correspondence and inquiries in a business appropriate manner.
• Motivated self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify aircraft logbook data for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter data for maintenance operations into TRAX and aviation records systems.
• Maintain filing system for maintenance records and secure storage of documents.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering departments on records and compliance.
• Update and archive current and historical aircraft and powerplant records.
• Monthly coordination of aircraft times and cycles between systems.
