Job summary

Saltchuk Aviation in Anchorage, Alaska, seeks a Technical Records Analyst to maintain and audit aircraft maintenance records, ensuring continued airworthiness and CAMP compliance across the fleet. You will review records for accuracy, verify AD compliance, and coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, and Quality Control to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Access), data entry, and strong attention to detail are essential in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 18 months of office/administrative experience in a regulated environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Outlook, Word).
• Experience creating formulas and data analysis in Excel.
• Prior database experience (Microsoft Access) is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to read, write, and prepare reports in English and interpret regulatory information.

Responsibilities

• Review maintenance records for accuracy, signatures, dates, and references.
• Audit maintenance packages and related documents for regulatory compliance.
• Verify Airworthiness Directive (AD) compliance and life-limited parts.
• Maintain historical and current records for components.
• Research discrepancies between maintenance requirements and tracking systems.
• Validate and audit maintenance data in electronic systems.
• Coordinate with departments to correct incomplete or conflicting documentation.
• Ensure records are properly indexed and retrievable.
• Protect records from loss or alteration.
• Assist with inspections, audits, and reviews.
• Maintain familiarity with manuals, programs, and procedures.
