Job summary

Sun Country Airlines is hiring a Technical Records Administrator in Las Vegas, onsite. You will distribute incoming maintenance documents, input data into the TRAX system, and maintain aircraft and powerplant records with cross-department coordination.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to FAA regulations, and timely updates of maintenance documentation. This full-time, non-exempt position offers competitive hourly pay and standard airline benefits.

Qualifications

• Two year of admin or data entry experience.
• Knowledge of aircraft systems and operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational, mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to professionally communicate with internal and external associates.
• Ability to respond to correspondence and inquiries in a business appropriate manner.
• Motivated self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Review of all aircraft logbook pages to assure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Correction of records as required.
• Establish and maintain filing system for maintenance records to provide adequate security and efficient organization.
• Filing, electronic filing system, storage, and retrieval of all maintenance records as required by company and FAA regulations.
• Review and control of airworthiness directive records, maintenance check records, and hard-time component records.
