Job summary

ZimZee Recruiting is seeking a Technical Recruiter for an aviation client in Wichita, KS. You will identify, attract, and hire top technical talent while partnering with engineering and IT managers to understand requirements and build talent pipelines.

The role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You will coordinate interviews, track metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruiting platforms.
• Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organized, focused and results oriented.
• Problem-solver with critical thinking and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and IT managers to understand technical staffing needs and job requirements.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, external recruiting firms, and hiring teams.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates to key stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
