Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years relevant experience.
• Associate's degree and 5 years relevant experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent and 7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant college-level coursework or an associate's degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in an information technology support role, including hardware and software support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and respond to support requests via phone, tickets, walk-ins, and email.
• Support end users at the Airport campus, including multiple facilities.
• Assist with hardware/software deployment, configuration, and project work as needed.
• Review specifications for new hardware and software.
• Escort vendors to secured areas and coordinate with Airport personnel and tenants.
• Assist with technology refresh, OS upgrades, inventory, and documentation of resolutions.
