Responsibilities

• Supervise Terminal Operations Coordinators and related staff.
• Oversee day-to-day airport terminal, lobby, and curbside operations and provide face-to-face service.
• Ensure customer service standards align with airport and partners.
• Resolve difficult or unusual customer service issues.
• Monitor facilities and processes for accurate information for passengers.
• Support irregular and emergency operations and conduct staff training.
