Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd. in Broomfield, Colorado, is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support hiring across aviation, technical, skilled, and professional roles.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer, with a focus on proactive sourcing, strong hiring-manager partnerships, and delivering a positive candidate experience. You will partner with multiple locations and time zones, manage candidate communications and pre-employment steps, and maintain accurate ATS records while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including independent responsibility from hiring intake through offer; aviation/manufacturing/technical environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success independently developing sourcing strategies and recruiting passive candidates for difficult-to-fill technical, skilled trades, or professional positions.
• Experience independently conducting interviews, evaluating candidate qualifications, and providing hiring recommendations.
• Experience managing multiple open positions and partnering directly with hiring managers across multiple locations and time zones.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office; Paylocity and LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred.
• Strong judgment, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Primary work location in Broomfield, CO, with on-site work and travel to other Pilatus USA locations and recruiting events as required

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer, including postings, reviews, interviews, travel, and offer prep.
• Assess staffing needs with hiring managers across locations/time zones and develop sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates, including passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct interviews and assess qualifications to make hiring recommendations.
• Manage multiple open positions and communicate recruiting progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate communications, screenings, references, verifications, and onboarding transitions.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records in the ATS and generate reporting.
• Represent Pilatus at career fairs and build recruiting partnerships and process improvements.
