Job summary

Citadel Aviation, Lake Charles and Dallas, seeks a Talent Scout to proactively identify and engage top talent across all sites. You will own enterprise recruitment strategy, build diverse pipelines, and partner with site leadership to align sourcing with workload and headcount plans.

You will conduct screens for technical qualifications, manage executive searches, and maintain relationships with schools and associations to sustain candidate flow. Travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent-sourcing experience.
• Ability to travel regularly between company sites and to recruiting events.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and approach passive candidates for technical, business, and leadership roles across all sites.
• Build talent pools and maps by discipline to maintain pipelines before requisitions open.
• Recruit at all levels and functions, tailoring outreach and assessment to each audience.
• Lead confidential leadership and executive searches with discreet coordination.
