PHI Health, LLC is seeking a Recruiter to oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and social media advertising. You will partner with hiring managers across our Phoenix area locations to maintain a ready candidate pool and ensure 100% staffing as needs arise.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit end-to-end talent acquisition from candidate sourcing through onboarding and retention.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure locations are staffed 100% and build wait lists/candidate pools.
• Develop recruitment analytics and provide weekly insights.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring team; train managers on Behavioral Competency Interviews.
• Participate in networking events, career fairs, and school engagements to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Assist in refining job descriptions and recruitment processes.
