Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Integration Technician to assemble, test, and integrate Starlink Enterprise/Aviation hardware for aircraft mobility solutions. You will work across mechanical and electrical systems, following FAA guidelines and SpaceX standards to deliver reliable in-flight connectivity.

The role requires hands-on experience with tools and installations, along with troubleshooting and data collection during vibration, thermal, RF, and other tests for FAA certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 1+ year hands-on tools experience.
• 1+ year experience electrical/mechanical installs/assembly.
• Aircraft hardware experience preferred.
• Experience fabricating harnesses/PCBs/test stations.
• Certified Aircraft Electronics Technician (AET) or CAET preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, activate, and integrate mechanical and electrical systems for development and testing across Starlink aviation platforms.
• Install and repair Starlink products for enterprise aviation systems following FAA and regulatory guidelines.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues in real-time and provide feedback to prevent recurring problems.
• Conduct and report data from tests (vibration, thermal, RF, load) for FAA certification.
• Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
