You will lead trade studies and guide integration, verification, and validation efforts on both R&D and in-service platforms.

The role requires hands-on hardware/software collaboration, cross-functional leadership, and delivery of robust, certifiable solutions for commercial aircraft.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 2+ years in systems engineering or aerospace.
• Experience with Python for automated tests and frameworks.
• Hands-on hardware integration, debugging, and troubleshooting in avionics environments.

Responsibilities

• Define system architectures and requirements across the lifecycle.
• Lead technical trade studies and guide integration, verification, and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver certifiable avionics solutions.
• Design and implement automated test frameworks to improve verification.
• Develop and maintain interface control documents and system specs.
• Support product transition to production, including manufacturing readiness.
