Job summary

FlyExclusive seeks a Director of Supply Chain Management to oversee procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance for the Part 145 MRO operations. This role reports to the SVP of the MRO Business Unit and drives cost control, faster turnaround times, and compliance with FAA Part 145 requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or inventory management.
• Experience working in an MRO environment preferred.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage procurement, logistics, and inventory teams to create accountability.
• Oversee supplier management and KPI tracking, including supplier scorecards and QBRs.
• Ensure FAA Part 145 compliance and robust traceability for aircraft parts.
