Saab is hiring 3rd shift Structural Assemblers in West Lafayette, IN to build the aft fuselage for the T-7A Red Hawk. Leaders will train in our aerospace structures academy and contribute to a state-of-the-art production system.

Qualifications include 2+ years assembly or hand tool experience and ability to read engineering drawings. Expected start early December 2026; compensation includes shift premium and competitive wages.
