Swissport in Sterling, VA seeks a Station Trainer to deliver, administer, and evaluate learning programs ensuring staff develop required competencies while upholding company standards. The role includes in-person and virtual instruction, eLearning management, and on-the-job coaching for new hires and current staff.

Expected pay rate is $22.00/hour. Full-time benefits include health, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, sick time, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in ground handling.
• Minimum 1 year of experience serving as classroom instructor or 2 years serving as On the Job Training or Coaching experience.
• 12 months of operational experience in Ramp.
• Ability to pass security clearance and possess a valid driver's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; customer service oriented.

Responsabilités

• Remain current on new developments and update training accordingly.
• Coordinate, schedule and deliver training in-person or online.
• Forecast and plan for training needs with stakeholders.
• Assign and track eLearning modules for staff and monitor progress.
• Develop processes for timely and compliant delivery of training and documentation.
• Maintain accurate training records across digital systems.
• Provide support to Training and HR teams as required.
• Supervise On-the-Job Coaching program and act as tier one support.
