Job summary

Swissport International AG is seeking a Station Trainer - Fueling to deliver airline fueling training, lead classroom and on‑the‑job coaching, and ensure compliance with global and local standards. The role includes acting as an interim supervisor for new hires until they operate independently within fueling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of industry experience in airline fueling operations.
• Extensive fueling experience required.
• Must pass security clearance and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver detailed fueling training across formats (instructor, virtual, e-learning).
• Oversee and sign off on practical fueling classroom and OJT assessments.
• Follow corporate training policies and safety procedures (SSOW/SOP).
• Monitor best practices at the station and conduct quality assurance activities.
• Maintain training records and report training activity for tracking.
• Forecast and plan for new hire and recurrent training needs with regional teams.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and ensure readiness.
• Support nearby stations and coordinate with SMEs for relevance.
