Job summary

Swissport International AG in Boston area is seeking a Station Trainer - Fueling to deliver classroom and on-the-job training, airline specific training, sign-offs and evaluate performance at the designated station. The role also acts as interim supervisor until new hires are released.

The position offers benefits including health and retirement plans; compensation ranges from $27.00 to $32.00 per hour and full-time schedules; travel up to 10% across the US and Canada is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of industry experience in airline fueling operations.
• Extensive fueling experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with problem-solving and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% across the United States and Canada.
• Ability to pass security clearance and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver detailed training in formats such as instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, e-learning and on-the-job training.
• Oversee detailed Fueling Classroom & OJT including final assessment and sign-off as required.
• Follow Swissport policies and Safety/SOP procedures during operations.
• Monitor station practices and implement internal quality assurance activities.
• Forecast and plan for new hire and recurrent training needs across stations.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve staff performance and behavior.
