Job summary

Swissport International is seeking a Station Trainer - Fueling to deliver classroom and on-the-job training, airline-specific instruction, and assessments at designated stations. You will supervise new hires until they are independent, ensuring compliance with Swissport and local standards while maintaining high proficiency in fueling operations.

As a full-time role, you will train across formats, coordinate with SMEs, and help forecast training needs.

Qualifications

• Must have industry experience in airline fueling operations.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% across the United States and Canada.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to train and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual trainings, including e-learning and OJT.
• Oversee fueling classroom and OJT with final assessments and sign-off.
• Follow Swissport SOPs and SSOW, ensuring safe operations.
• Monitor station practices and promote best training standards.
• Coordinate with SMEs to ensure training relevance and updates.
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance and compliance.
