Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc is seeking a Safety and Security Manager for a station-based role at the Windsor Locks station. You will work closely with station management and the Safety team to monitor compliance, assist with incident reporting and investigations, and coordinate training and safety education for frontline teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation or similarly regulated environments.
• Basic understanding of FAA, TSA, and OSHA safety regulations as applied to airport ground handling.
• Experience with IATA ground handling requirements and ISAGO standards.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to document incidents and track action items.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable facilitating group safety meetings and communicating safety information clearly.
• Willing to travel 30% and work on the ramp/operational areas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety compliance across stations and flag concerns to management.
• Assist in documenting and reporting safety incidents; maintain SMS records.
• Coordinate monthly safety meetings and safety workshops; facilitate training via LMS.
• Maintain reporting and documentation requirements; use SPIs to drive actions.
