Qualifications

• Experience in aviation or regulated operations.
• Basic understanding of FAA, TSA, OSHA safety requirements for airport ground handling.
• ISAGO standards familiarity and certification knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail with incident reporting and action tracking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong documentation skills.
• Able to facilitate group safety meetings and communicate clearly to frontline staff.
• Willing to work on ramp/operational areas and travel ~30%.
• Must pass 10-year background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support SMS program elements and ensure day-to-day safety activities.
• Assist in documenting and reporting safety incidents; maintain SMS records.
• Coordinate monthly safety meetings and safety trainings; track LMS training.
• Maintain and report SPIs; ensure completeness and accuracy of safety documentation.
