• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitor station safety compliance and SMS program elements day-to-day.
• Support incident reporting, investigations, and tracking corrective actions.
• Coordinate monthly station safety meetings and training via LMS.
• Maintain incident records in the SMS platform and report trends to leadership.
• Assist root cause analysis and closure of corrective actions.
• Travel to stations as needed to support multiple operations.
