Qualifications

• Experience in aviation or a similarly regulated environment.
• Understanding of FAA/TSA/OSHA safety regulations as they apply to airport operations.
• ISAGO certification knowledge preferred.
• Strong attention to detail in incident documentation and tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support SMS program elements in day-to-day operations.
• Monitor station safety compliance and flag concerns promptly.
• Document and report safety incidents and investigations.
• Coordinate safety training and LMS tracking.
• Enter and maintain incident records in the SMS system.
• Assist with root cause analysis and track corrective actions.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and safety workshops.
• Engage frontline employees on safety topics in real time.
