Job summary

V-1 Consulting in Denver, CO seeks a dedicated stakeholder engagement lead to bridge the project management team and airport stakeholders across aviation programs. You will own end-to-end coordination from inception through closeout, ensuring operational needs are addressed.

Based in Denver, you will maintain regular onsite presence, drive proactive communication, and hold teams accountable for deadlines. 3–7 years in aviation or construction with strong client-facing skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation stakeholder coordination, airport operations, or construction PM.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage coordination between PMT, design, construction and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and balancing stakeholder needs.
• Proactive problem-solving with limited senior oversight.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings; proficient MS Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive stakeholder engagement for aviation programs from inception through closeout.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders needing PMT coordination.
• Establish internal alignment; share goals, schedules, and capture insights.
• Guide early scope development; run workshops and targeted questions.
• Ensure design/operational concerns are addressed during design and construction.
• Maintain logs of concerns, commitments, resolutions, actions; track deadlines.
• Own meeting agendas, presentations, minutes; support PMO reporting.
• Execute day-to-day client coordination under project manager direction.
• Maintain regular onsite presence for coordination sessions with PMT and client.
