Job summary

Satair USA, Inc. in Herndon, VA is seeking a Customer Resolution Specialist to respond to inquiries and process spare-parts orders for Airbus and competitor aircraft across the Americas.

The COS will manage order entry, provide part availability and pricing details, build customer relationships, and support cross-functional teams including engineering and sales. An Associate degree and 2+ years in customer service are required; aviation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• An Associate’s Degree in Business, Sales Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in aviation industry or military support environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotations, initial order receipts, order entry, sourcing escalation, backorders, general logistics for aircraft parts and services.
• Engage in basic level relationship-building with customers to grow business and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support Sales and Finance debt account reconciliation efforts and respond to technical inquiries with engineering teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
